    Hello there,
    I’ve followed the instructions to the letter copying the template files to the child-theme:

    Yet the custom template is seemingly ignored. Unfortunately the site is in maintenance mode and password protected. I can’t see a way of sending you private info.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Kia,
    Have you also selected the ‘customized_simple’ template in the General settings after copying the files?


    An unknown (at the moment) server error is causing the issue. The moment I checked after migrating to a different server there was the custom template!
