 * I want to add(select) custom template for each post of my custom post type. it
   shows only parents to select not the template option in the individual post in
   page attributes option. how to enable individual template for single post in 
   page attributes.

 * Types does not provide any templates, hence I suspect you mean the Theme’s templates.
 * Do they appear in the Native WordPress single Posts?
    If not, I would not know
   how they could be shown as well in Types Post Types, as then the Theme provides
   those only for pages.
 * If you see them on Posts and Pages please try to enable these settings in Toolset
   > Post Types > your_post_type:
    – Page Attributes – Post Formats
 * But most likely you are using a Theme that uses Page Templates and they won’t
   be available for any sort of Custom Post Type.
