 * Hi there;
 * I’m trying to use a custom template on /mytheme/dw-knowledge-base but DWKB don’t
   load it. If i change template on /plugins/dw-knowledge-base it works fine but
   of course this is a bad idea since it will get overwrite on next update.
 * Could you please add support for custom template?

   update this feature on next version 1.1. We hope to release on April.
