Custom taxonomy support?

  • Hi,

Just took a look at the the feature list in the plugin site, and watched the video of creating and editing posts from the front-end using this plugin. While the plugin clearly supports custom post types, there is no mention about custom taxonomies at all. Does the plugin support them, too?

  • for the life of me – I simple wouldn’t know what plugin you’re talking about 😮

Look at the tags, it’s Formidable. I don’t know why the site didn’t prepend the thread title by [Plugin: XXX], as usual.

Formidable does support custom taxonomies. A drop-down appears between the exclude categories checkbox and the post field drop-down with a list of taxonomies associated with the selected field type. You can use multiple taxonomies in one form. I’m using it for an online store listing where taxonomies are used for size, brand, and season for the clothes.
