    Change the taxonomy to have “hierarchical” set as “true”.

    Hi Michael,

    Even after setting this as true i am not able to use as categories,

    it gives 404 error ..

    So it’s more than likely a rewrite issue and not whether it’s being treated as hierarchical. Try refreshing your permalinks by visiting that settings page.

    Can you please provide some pointer on usage and implementation of Taxonomies with in the theme… along with categories and tag..

    Not trying to blow you off with this, but I guarantee there’s a lot of posts/tutorials about that topic with a little bit of Googling around. Just depends on what exactly you’re wanting to do.
