Custom Taxonomies 404 error

Hi, everyone!
I use this instruction for making Custom Taxonomies.

I create it taxonomy ‘people’, show it in posts, but when i click on some taxonomy, for example will-smith, i see url yoursite.com/people/will-smith and there are no archives of post, just 404 error. I copy archive.php and rename it to taxonomy.php — still not work. Need help)
