Hi, I quickly tried on a fresh installation. It should work. Can you check if the FTP directory /wp-content/uploads/jvm-rich-text-icons/ gets created? If not I suspect some issue with the uploads folder and the CHMOD settings. Are you able to upload normal files to the media library in this webiste?

Another issue might be a strange (or to long) file name. Please try something simple like: icon.svg

I can’t solve this issue without any extra information. Maybe check the error logs for any additional information on this issue. If you have m,ore info getr back to me.

    Kind regards, Joris

@jorisvanmontfort , I installed the plugin through git, it’s the only way as we use wordpress vip. I don’t have any error except acf is not defined. I can upload files in the media library. The plugin works fine in my local environment, but in the dev enviroment I can’t upload svg. Is there another way to add a custom svg set of icons? How does it have to look like the json file ?

You can add SVG files to: /wp-content/uploads/jvm-rich-text-icons/

Just upload the files over FTP or push them with GIT and it should work. I use the SVG file as is, and all info required will be generated by the plugin.
