    Well, hope you already have that payment gateway at WooCommerce Checkout.

    If so, then you may use that for vendor membership subscription as well. For the purpose you have to create membership plans using “WC Products” option – https://youtu.be/SfOMIxNfr3w

    Between, if you want to setup “recurring” subscriptions then you will require “WooCommerce Subscriptons” plugin.
