Custom style does not work with Profile Bulider?

I added a logo to the login page, set page to white. For some reason, the custom lay-out does not appear when I use [wppb-login].
Custom lay-out does appear in /wp-login.php

As this plugin is recommended by Profile Builder, I had expected the two would work together. I thought I might be overlooking something? Is it possible to use the custom lay-out with Profile Builder as well?
