Custom Structure Permalink not working properly

Started another new WP blog.

I create a post with no permalink customization and it worked perfectly.

Then I realized I had not customized my permalinks like I always do,

so I went ahead and customized to /%category%/%postname%

I know other people have gotten and 404 error page but that’s not my case.

Instead of my post I get an under the default construction page from my hosting

provider.

Funny thing is that if I post it under uncategorized then the post shows with no

problem but if I post it under the category I created then I get the under

construction page, but only for the post not for anything else in the blog,

just the one post.

Any suggestions? What am I missing?
