# Custom status

 * Hello Pradeep,
 * we are using the Pro version and I tested a custom status. Works very well, but
   unfortunately a ticket with a custom status does not show up in the statistics.
 * Could you add the custom status tickets in statistics, please?
 * Would help us very much to show to the user that a ticket is in development, 
   clearing with project manager or something else.
