That whole site isn’t working right now.
Yes, the site has a coming soon page up, but it should be working.
I will make it public for the time being.
Can you please let me know the status of the above?
Your site is still not public.
please check now! thanks.
were you able to see the site?
were you able to see the site?
No. You are very unlikely to receive help until your site is public for a sustained period of time; 24 hours, minimum.
Alright, I think it’s been 24 hours as of tonight?
Repeatedly, that domain has been a godaddy landing page. Follow up when your WordPress site is permanently publicly accessible and custom icons are enabled.
I have checked from three computers, the coming soon page has been down for a week now.
Would you mind trying to clear your browsers cache?
My apologies, I made a mistake with the URL: http://naturallynikkiblog.com/
Let me know if you can see it now.
please let me know- I am trying to remedy this on my own but nothing seems to be working!
Using your custom Facebook icon as an example, the correct public location is this:
//naturallynikkiblog.com/wp-content/uploads/Add%20To%20Any/icons/facebook.png
Your current broken location is an internal path on your server (which won’t work publicly):
//naturallynikkiblog.com/home2/aturalq7/public_html/wp-content/uploads/Add%20To%20Any/icons/facebook.
In AddToAny settings, you want this location for your custom icons URL:
//naturallynikkiblog.com/wp-content/uploads/Add%20To%20Any/icons/
Also, be sure to input “png
” (without the quotes) in the small field that’s at the end of the custom icons URL field.
