Hello,
What you describe is a feature that was not working properly in 5.2.1, and it got fixed in 5.3. Basically, all the sizes that are marked as ignored or unavailable in the settings will not be available in the size dropdown.
As a note, the image sizes that are not generated will not display the size option in the dropdown as well (regardless of the settings, it is how WordPress media works).
Please check the settings options and let me know if this is working after changing the settings.

Hello,
I made an update yesterday and added a new option in the plugin. This new option allows you to force display the sizes in the dropdown, regardless of having or not filtered sizes. Please upgrade and let me know if we can close this topic.
