# Custom Sidebars causing 500 error

 * Hi,
 * Basically, when I activate this the may all my pages except the main page go 
   blank, 500 error.
 * Do you think this is a configuration issue or the fact I’m on 4.3.1?
 * I also had this issue with the Dropbox Backup and restore, but it is not active
   when confirming the issue with Custom Sidebars too.
 * I’m using it on another 4.3.1 site, no problems.
 * Theme is Twenty Thirteen.
 * I also also using James Kemp WMI to integrate WordPress into Magento.

 * How are you doing today?
 * Lets start troubleshooting this by testing for conflicts as internal server error
   is usually caused by plugin conflict.
 * To do that please try deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following
   flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
