custom sidebars are not displaying

Hi, I am using the theme Risen on my site http://www.southmin.org and am not wanting to use the default sidebar on the PROGRAM tab pages. I created a custom sidebar for each PROGRAM page, I added widgets to them, but they are not displaying. The default sidebar continues to display. I like the simplicity of this plugin, but need it to work. Can you help?
