Support » Plugin: WordPress Shortcodes Plugin — Shortcodes Ultimate » Custom Shortcode List is Missing from Modal Window

  • Hi everyone,
I’m hoping that someone in our group will be able to offer some assistance.
I purchased Shortcodes Ultimate for WordPress and also Shortcodes Ultimate: Maker Add-on.
    Installation went smooth.
The problem that I’m having is when I select the “Insert Shortcode” button (located on top of the editor), the modal window does not list my custom made codes.

If on the other hand I select Custom Codes directly from the admin menu (left side) I see the listing with my custom codes plus when I click on View Shortcode the second modal window that opens up I can see all the available shortcodes including the custom ones.

    My system’s information is:
    I’m using Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133
    WordPress 4.7.3 running Davinci theme.
    PHP Version 5.6.30-0+deb8u1
    Zend Guard Loader v3.3
    Zend Engine v2.6.0
    php-fpm PHP Version 5.6.30-0+deb8u1
MySQL Support Client API version 5.5.54

Any assistance on why this is not working properly would be appreciated.
Oh and by the way, yes I have sent email to the developer but never got an answer.

    Regards
    Tom
