# Custom section ID

 * Hi all,
 * First of all, thanks Adamrob for creating an awesome theme. I’ve been playing
   around with it for a couple of days now and it seems brilliant.
 * What I can’t figure out and don’t know whether it is actually possible, is whether
   one can set custom section IDs?
 * I’ve got a site with a couple of pages, which all have a section. For instance,
   a contact page. This is featured in the Parallax menu and points to [http://www.domain.tld/#section-15](http://www.domain.tld/#section-15).
   Clicking the link from the menu doesn’t change the browsers URL bar. The contact
   page can also be accessed by it’s permalink, using [http://www.domain.tld/contact](http://www.domain.tld/contact).
 * But, once someone reaches a page directly through that URL, clicking on another
   page in the menu links back to [http://www.domain.tld/#section-15](http://www.domain.tld/#section-15),
   which looks kinda ugly.
 * What I want to achieve is to make the sections reachable not by [http://www.domain.tld/#section-15](http://www.domain.tld/#section-15),
   but, through [http://www.domain.tld/#contact](http://www.domain.tld/#contact).
   This would mean setting up custom section identifiers, but that’s what I can’t
   find.
 * Am I overlooking something here? Or is this only a Pro-feature?
