Custom role edit page Divi builder hidden has loading icon never stops

    Hi I have used a custom function to add css to hide Divi builder on pages for the custom role. It works for one but not the other.
    One role can only edit their own page, whereas the other role can edit all pages. They can not create new pages or delete pages however.
    I was using Adminimize but it is showing errors in the plugin code and there is no support and hasn’t been updated for a while.
    Am I supposed to make the pages change authors but there are multiple people per that role?
    Permissions are already enabled for all pages for that custom role so I am not sure how to stop the endless loading.

    Sorry, this kind of support for custom code is difficult here on WordPress.org.

    We do have memberships on the PublishPress site where our team can look at the custom code and the errors that are showing.

    It just doesn’t make sense that it works for the one role where they are assigned one page, this role is to be allowed to edit all pages and create/delete users but not update themes, core etc.
    When I assigned the permissions for all pages for this one, it won’t work. The page keeps loading not able to edit.
    So my question is how to get this user to have permission to edit all pages and create/delete users.

    I have the group FI Admins and the Supplemental Roles as Page Author for all the pages but they still can’t edit the pages.

    Hi I think it was a role capabilities problem even though I changed them it still didn’t work so I duplicated the Admin role and changed the capabilities.
