Is this the custom text, that disappears after submission?
Greetings! In order to participate in any 2018 expo you must complete a vendor application. We will review your application to determine if it will be a good fit. Please submit only ONE application. Only those chosen will be notified.
We just tested the form, but it appeared correctly after submission. Did you modify anything on the back-end?

No! That is the message that appears WITH the form. After hitting submit there should be an option to display a message that confirms the submission was successful. Which is what i am looking for help with-that message is not showing, instead the form itself just refreshes. The only thing I modified was this custom text feature and colors.

Thanks for clarifying! Do you have a cache plugin installed? If so, please add your form page as an exception.
But in case you don’t have a cache plugin, please contact our team using this form (select “I have a pre-sales question” and the form will appear).
