Custom Recommended Content

Can I custom Recommended Content and add some information?

Follow this link Optimize Your Content Recommendations with Open Graph Tags We can only custom URL, title, image and description. I wonder if we can add other information like: tag name, type… to recommended content? Something like this:Example
