Custom questions not showing up

    Hi,

    The form keeps showing only two fileds, name and last name.
    I need to add two more (company and email fields) and they’re not showing up when I add them as custom questions.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    The custom questions show up on the second step of the RSVP form. It firsts asks for the people’s name and then if the person is on the list it will then take them to the second part where they are asked to RSVP and any custom questions. This is done because some custom questions can only be seen by certain attendees.
