Custom Product Tabs broken & not resolved in my case

Hi there …
An issue with the custom product tabs was reported 5 days ago, here.You’re provided a replacement PHP file, which fixed the issue for the two users on that post.
However, in my case it’s not helped. Issue persists (have cleared caches, etc.).
As it worked for at least two other people (above), I am thinking perhaps it’s that I have the “Content Processing” set to “Only process shortcodes” , and the fix doesn’t resolve the situation in that scenario?
Any suggestions?
