Let us know for which custom post type(s) you would like to generate short link?
We will add it into the upcoming release of URL Shortify.

I just updated your plugin, but the option to create short urls is still not there, when I edit the custom post type (post type slug is: kruchprodukte) Kruchprodukte.

Where does the plugin store the redirects? In the WP-Database or in a htaccess?
The website is not currently live yet and therefore under an work-URL subdomain.domain.com instead of just domain.com. After golive we will replace all URL-entries in the database with search and replace. Now I wonder, if we will also be able to replace the URLs created by your plugin form work-URL to live-URL.

Redirects are stored in the database.

We are not storing the whole URL. We just store the short URL only. So, according to us, when you go live, you won’t need to change anything.
But yes, if you have used subdomain URL into target URL, you have to change it later when you go live.
