It seems that you are not the only which has trouble with the new podPress version and Custom Post Type posts: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/custom-post-types-pages-no-longer-working

But so far I can not say what the problem may be. It is may be a problem which occurs only in connection with a certain plugin or theme. That is way I would like to know which method or plugin do you use to manage the custom post type settings. Which theme do you use?

Is it the London Creative theme?

    Yes. Correct.

Will it cause problems with the database if I temporarily go back to the previous version of Podpress?

No. You can go back to 8.8.10.13. But you may need to save the Permalink settings again.

I have done some tests and modifications which should fix this problem. The current Development Version (among the Other Versions) does include the modifications. I would appreciate it if you could install this version and see whether it makes a difference. (You may need to save the Feed/iTunes Settings one time after the installation.)
