Could you post a link to the plugin that creates these 3 Custom Post Types (Contacto, Android Articles, Java Articles), so I can try to reproduce the problem?
I discovered that Android Articles disappears only when the active plugin contact-form-7 along with the Jetpack.
How must use the Jetpack, I will find another alternative contact-form

Could you post a link to the plugin you used to add these Custom Post Types, or could you paste the code in a pastebin, and link to it here so I can have a look? If the 2 Custom Post Types are similar, that might be the source of the conflict.

Since the theme is not free, I’m afraid I won’t be able to have a look at the code to find out more about the conflict.
Do you experience similar issues with other plugins?
I will do the following, I will install a new wordpress using the Twenty Eleven. I will create a Custom Post Type in function.php see if it conflicts.
Already have activated 45 other plugins at the same time and found nothing wrong.
ps: do not using all these plugins, only 15, I did it only for testing
