Custom Post Types and Single Post Templates

Hello all, I am BRAND NEW to WordPress, and have recently decided to use it as my web page. I am doing my best to figure out the ins and outs of everything, and I’m trying to learn how to customize. Here’s my issue for today:

I needed to create something that would allow me to post movie reviews. I installed CMS Press, and in addition to my review (in the body section), I needed some custom fields, including Actors, Plot, Director, Rating, etc.

Now, here’s my question. How do I create a custom movie review page template that will show not only the body of the review but will also display each of my custom fields?

I’ve done some research on “single post templates,” but I’m not quite clear on how to integrate each of the custom fields into the template.
