 * How come many plugins can’t read the content from my Custom post types?
 * e.g: A HTML Sitmap generater can read the posts from my blog post section, but
   can not read the posts from my Custom post types.
 * e.g: Tweet old post plugin can read the posts from my blog post section, but 
   can not read the posts from my Custom post types.
 * Is there something that I need to change in my custom-post-type function?

 * This is likely due to the plugin querying for post_type=post
 * You will need to take a close look at how the problematic plugins are querying
   WP for items. You may wish to contact the plugin authors and see if they have
   a solution as well.
