Custom post type category archive page doesnt show submenu

Hello,

I have made custom post type and custom taxonomies there.

With menu widget I added this custom category to my menu as sub menu item.

It displays in other pages correctly but when I view this custom category page (archive template – so that I can see all custom post type posts assigned to this category) I dont see any submenu.

My menu code is inside header.php.

Any tricks or tis how to make that submenu visible there.
