 * You can use the do_shortcode() function from WordPress to make use of the shortcode
   in PHP.
 * I don’t know what you are using to create that page, but you probably can’t restrict
   it exactly like that using the plugin settings.
    If it’s a PHP template, you 
   can add the restriction where you need it using some functions from the plugin:
