 * Hello,
 * I have a custom post type ‘exam’ along with hierachical taxonomies ‘math’, ‘english’,‘
   physics’ etc. I am trying to achieve a url structure as follows:
 * example.com/exams/math/math-exam-december-2012
 * i have rewrite set in register taxonomy but I’m not sure where to go from here.
   All i can currently get is the following:
 * example.com/exams/math-exam-december-2012
 * Could anybody tell me how I would go about inserting the additional url part
   as above?
 * Thanks
