Are you saying that the title and description you enter into All in One SEO Pack is displayed in your source code but that when you edit a post or page the fields are wiped out? If so, can you check if you have a TinyMCE plugin installed on your site and if so then disable it. Its also possible that your theme adds TinyMCE code which you can’t disable. TinyMCE code can sometimes cause the Edit Post and Edit Pages to break.
