Custom Post as an Events List

Hi,

I am currently tackling an issue regarding post types on the wordpress theme ‘Momentous Lite’, that I am working with. I want to create a post where it displays only an ‘Upcoming Events’ List, rather than looking like a blog post.

My question is, I am wondering if I can create a tile within those tiles, that displays only an ‘Upcoming Events’ list. So instead of looking like a ‘blog post‘ with an image, text and hyperlink to the full post, I want a tile that just holds a title, and a list with upcoming Events.

If this is possible, how would I implement this? And if there are any tutorials I could follow, please do let me know.
