Adding markers from frontend is currently possibly by utilizing the Maps Marker API (https://www.mapsmarker.com/mapsmarker-api), e.g. by creating a custom form which creates a POST request as stated in the docs.
For pro v2.8 we plan to add support for a new shortcode which will add a map editor to frontend without having to do custom devs based on our API.

not yet, sorry.
