# Custom Post access from Custom Menu?

 * Is there a way to have a custom post type PAGE that acts like a blog and is then
   accessible from a custom menu? I’d like to do just this or someting simplier 
   if possible… I’m researching custom post types (CPT) and think that I could accomplish
   what I want with a CPT but being new to WordPress development i’m looking for
   some advice, any would be appreciated.

 * @ndathees thanks for the response, can you explain how this function could be
   used? As I read it it doesn’t seem like it would do what i’m needing it to do,
   maybe i’m misunderstanding something?
