Custom Plugin Upload buttons not working

    So I have a friend’s custom plugin for branding the WordPress admin area. There’s a few image uploaders that do not work. In firebug, when you click on the image upload image button the following error shows up in Firebug…

    tb_show is not defined
    [Break On This Error]

    tb_show(”, ‘media-upload.php?type=image&TB_iframe=true’);

    Any pointers or advice are appreciated
