Custom plugin, I can't save conf data in options table…

    I have created my plugin. From user site it works perfectly. My problems started when I created settings site (as a sub page of Settings). I can see this page in menu, can open it. And this is all what I can. When I try to save data I receive PHP error from script in my theme…

    I think I didn’t register something… But cannot find what it is… Help me pls…
