 *  I am creating a custom plugin. I would like to know, if the below line is necessary
   for my plugin. If I used the line, will it create any problem.
 *  require_once( ABSPATH . ‘wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php’ );
 *  A simple explanation of the code line would be better.
 *  Thanks in advance.
