# Custom PHP Placement & Removal

 * I placed the php snippit <?php wp_related_posts()?> onto my single post template
   where I want the articles to display, but now I have it and the auto-populated
   related posts on my posts. How can I remove the auto-populated posts and just
   have it show where I placed the code?

 * thanks for reaching out and sorry for this late reply!
    You can remove those 
   auto-populated posts in the plugin settings by unticking the box next to “Auto
   Insert Related Posts (or add<?php wp_related_posts()?> to your single post template)“.
 * Don’t forget to save the changes.
