  • Resolved bllindgrls

    Hi everybody,

    I think something is wrong with my permalinks. My permalink structures used to be like this: /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/ which were working fine. Now I get 404’s whenever my permalinks follow that rule. If I put it back to the default, date and named based, or numeric structure, the links work fine.

    I read some support topics for this problem and I think it has something to do with my .htaccess file. Here’s how it looks like right now:

    RedirectMatch temp ^/$

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    # END WordPress

    Options +FollowSymLinks

    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^*$ [NC]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$ [NC]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^*$ [NC]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$ [NC]
    RewriteRule .*\.(jpg|jpeg|gif|png|bmp)$ – [F,NC]

    There’s nothing in between my mod-rewrite tags and I don’t know why. I’d appreciate help from anyone. Thanks in advance!
