Custom Permalinks Not Working

    Hi there,

    I am trying to add custom structure permalinks to the website I am working on, however I am getting a “Not Found” message after applying it. I am not the original creator of the website so I do not have any files on my computer. It makes no sense that I would need any files to change this, but either way, it’s not working.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Try re-saving your permalink structure at Settings/Permalinks in your admin panel. If WordPress cannot automatically edit the .htaccess file, it will provide manual instructions after saving.

    If it’s still not working, contact your hosting provider and ask if mod_rewrite is available and active on your server.
