# custom permalink error -404

 * when i am using custom permalinks like /%postname%/ i am getting 404 error for
   posts.the site is new on new HGator hosting.i checked the htaccess and it looks
   just fine? what could be the problem? als i am using the default wp-theme also
   tried with other themes.
