Custom packingslip and invoice for woocommerce

    I took over from a designer who is no longer alive, and up until Oct. 2023 the packing slip was working just fine. We’ve changed themes to Flatsome and hosts. I copied over all his custom php to the child theme and while the packing slip on the right side look great… Now you can see that an X just shows up on the left side of a custom packing slip instead of the ups label. https://trueback.com/pdf/packing-slip-718.pdf Under woocommerce settings/advanced/features, I changed it from HPOS back to legacy because I was getting an error on the custom php the other designer did. Once done the error ceased to show up. Great, but still getting an X where the ups shipping label should be. I am using WooCommerce UPS Shipping Plugin with Print Label I have contacted both plugin developers and each said it must be the other plugin having an issue.

    I am not a php programmer or writer so at a bit of a loss. any suggestions?
