• When creating a new case,

The problem is with individual products and variant products.

For variant products, the product code (SKU) is different for each type.

    Example: Replacement Request Case
We add the product to be replaced
    and delete the returned product.

The procedure for your addition is as follows:
Product added for replacement (does not reduce inventory)

When deleting the returned product (added to inventory)

    Please review the order.

    with the features shown

    (status 1)
    Paid Status ✅
    Edit Mode ❌

    (status 2)
    Paid Status ❌
    Edit Mode ✅

    I tested it
    and it failed

The quantity is not deducted from the inventory

You must go to the basic order status of WooCommerce
    Pending Payment ❗❕
Then if you change it to the created order status
    and enable (status 1)
    Paid Status ✅
    Edit Mode ❌
👍🏻 The quantity is deducted 👍🏻

But if you go to the basic order status of WooCommerce
    Pending Payment
    and then to
    and enable (status 2)
    Paid Status ❌
    Edit Mode ✅

⛔ The quantity is not deducted Quantity ⛔

This is the solution I found

On a test site with only our plugin, WooCommerce, and the Storefront theme, you can perform the test you mentioned. This way, we can rule out internal conflicts or issues with third-party plugins.

Let us know how it goes.

This method worked perfectly for me. Note that I used a Woodmart template.
