    Hello,

    We have been using your plugin on our e-commerce site for a while – and the custom order numbering helps us greatly. We have not been able to update the plugin since version 1.1.0 – whenever we do update, it seems that everything is fine. But the next orders that come in no longer use the custom numbering we had setup with your plugin.

    Any idea why this would be happening?

    Hi @alwalton,

    Do you mean that whenever you update the plugin, the first order you receive won’t have a custom order number? After that, it works fine regularly i.e custom order numbers are getting generated?

    Would you please show me the setup you have done in the plugin?

    Hello,

    We only tried one test order after updating, and the custom order numbers did not work anymore. After that, we reverted from a backup to before updating the plugin.

    The settings page of the plugin doesn’t even work right now – it just shows the WordPress “critical error” message. I believe this has something to do with the custom theme this company uses.

    Hi @alwalton,

    Then you might have received the error message in the debug log file. Can you share it here?
