Custom "Now Playing" Header for radio station

I am going to be using a template called Eventure Responsive ( link to the demo: http://themeforest.net/item/eventure-responsive-events-wp-theme/full_screen_preview/1529155 ) and all i want to add is a header at the top of the page that will allow me to display “Now Playing” information for songs that are streamed on our online radio station. I want it to look something like this one on this website:
