 * Hi, I want to automatically update a Newsletter List with the email of the new
   registered users.
 * What I need is just to send an empty email to “unsubscribe@xx.xx” address with
   From Address: “useremail@xx.xx”, I’m wondering if there’s a way to make this 
   happens maybe with the PRO version?

 * Hi atomicnation,
 * This is not out of the box possible with UM. However, the information for users
   is stored to user_meta table so other plugins should be able to access the information.
 * Depending on how you are implementing it you may need to hire a developer to 
   write custom code for you.
