Custom meta in custom search form not work any more

Hi,

Can somebody please, please help me… I have a little problem with site.. form was work before .. but why is not work I can not find the reason???

I use this code to show form https://gist.github.com/sentisoft/6766021 and form its look like this http://prntscr.com/1uf5xd .. and this code is for result page https://gist.github.com/sentisoft/6766004 .. but problem is when I want to search with custom meta fields.. when I search with terms its work okay.. but when I search with custom meta then I get the problem.. for example if I select “1” for Number of rooms .. its show other posts also.. but first posts is with 1 Room.. http://prntscr.com/1uf6ba

Please help me because I do not know what I doing wrong..
