Hi,

I would like to have the direct download but also show a message like:
Thank you for the download.
Let us know if you have any questions.

How can we do this?
I thought your plugin was able to do this but I cannot find it.

Hey Marjet,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The free plugin simply starts the download when the download link is clicked. You can try our premium add-on https://www.download-monitor.com/extensions/downloading-page/, which will redirect the user to a custom page where you can show them any page you want.

Hi,

thanks for this reply and this solution. I am afraid that I than subscribed myself to the wrong add on last week. Is it possible to change to this one instead of the ‘unlock’ add-on I subscribed to?
