custom menus

Hi all,

one final question.

On my desktop site I use a custom menu which I like, and use to rename pages. Is there a way to further customise the wptouch menu? I see I can exclude pages, but can I rename pages? Or is it possible to access the custom menu I have made in my desktop theme?
