Custom menu to separate page.

Hi,
I am looking to add a new custom menu to a separate page.

On my site http://retrieverdigital.co.uk/inbound-marketing/ I want to add on this page, a new menu – probably larger font, in boxes etc. possibly still keeping the MAIN menu but adding the new one along the top, not side bar.

Is this possible?
